Do not park at any facility managed by ProPark in Springfield Massachusetts.
ProPark in Springfield Does Not Protect Your Car Or You
If you park your car in a lot managed by ProPark in Springfield there are no cameras or effective deterrents against vandalism. As I was repeatedly told by ProPark security personal, they are in no way responsible for damages to vehicles in their care. I also learned that any complaint to the staff of ProPark regarding the unsafe conditions or poor management of the facilities will result in the employees vandalizing your car. Further, employees of ProPark have no compunction about calling your employer and fabricating stories that will result in your employer disciplining or dismissing you.
ProPark Mismanagement Has Continued for Years
This site details events that occurred over a three year period. These are not isolated incidents. ProPark maintains a workplace culture of “retaliation mentality” that reinforces the urban blight of Springfield Massachusetts and makes visiting or working in the city intolerable. During my employment, Dietz and Company Architects made several formal complaints about the safety of the facilities managed by ProPark in Springfield with no successful resolution. I personally experienced multiple incidents of damage to my vehicle that were so extensive as to make being employed in Springfield cost ineffective.
Do not park in any facility managed by ProPark in Springfield Massachusetts.
