Update

The outcome of this web site is as tragic as its creation.

I have raised an army only to arrive at the battlefield so late that all I found was a memorial for a war long over.

ProPark has lost the Parking Management contract with the City of Springfield Massachusetts.

I can only guess that they lost this contract because of the horrible treatment of their customers.  When I think of the damage to my vehicle, the threats to my life, and the loss of my job as a result of parking my car in the ProPark lot it occurs to me that I was only one customer.  If I had this much trouble with ProPark, I can only guess that other people must have also complained.  The result is that in 2009 the parking contract for the City of Springfield MA was given to Republic Parking.

Sue Morse still works in Springfield Massachusetts.

Susan Morse, the former manager at ProPark who lied to get me fired, found a new job after ProPark lost their contract with the City of Springfield.   She now works as the Director of Facilities Management at YWCA of  Western MA not far from where her ProPark office was.  You can find her at:

Sue Morse: 413-731-0837

Based on Sue Morse’s willingness to abuse her power, I think that it is horrible that she be in charge of so many vulnerable Transitional Teen girls at the YWCA.

Dietz and Company Architects has had an almost full turn over of employees.

Predictably, because of the poor treatment of their employees most of Dietz and Company Architects staff have left and been replaced since I worked there.  Unfortunately, the senior staff of Dietz and Company rarely turn over and they are just bad Architects.

I lost all belief in Dietz and Company Architects work when I took a company tour of the Sumner Avenue School in Springfield that they participated in redesigning.  Many aspects of that project were so poorly done that there were complaints by the City of Springfield and community residents both before and after that project was complete.  Despite complaints, I know that the senior architect Debbi Gottlieb received a bonus for this project.  Because I value education I am particularly sensitive to companies that abuse school budgets.  Law suits have resulted from Dietz and Company’s incompetence.

After I was fired, Kerry Dietz contacted as many of my freelance customers as she knew and caused them never to call me back.  Kerry Dietz did what  she could to destroy my personal business in addition to ending my primary employment, based on Sue Morse’s lies.  It is my opinion that being an employee or doing business with Dietz and Company Architects is a bad idea.

Jebb Dennis no longer works at Dietz and Company Architects

Years later I had a recruiter contact me for another position and I asked her to call Dietz and Company to test how they would serve as a reference.  I did not want to have a three year gap in my resume.  The recruiter was told that Jebb Dennis hadn’t been employed by Dietz and Company Architects for years, and that all that they could do was verify the dates of my employment.  Wherever Jebb Dennis is now I hope that he is not in charge of any staff because he is such a bad manager.

While researching the content for this site it appears that Jebb Dennis no longer lives in the large custom home that he designed and had built for himself in a hill town of Western Massachusetts.  As far as I can find he now lives in a small wood frame building in Holyoke, one of the worse slums in Massachusetts.  I can also find that Jebb Dennis has let his architecture license lapse in in 2006 (also in PDF form).  Judging from him and I it appears that being employed by Kerry Dietz does not work out well for anyone.

If you know Jebb Dennis, please stop by and mention to him “Life isn’t fair.”
